Refund policy
The products generally fall under a "no return and no exchange" category.
1. Return/Exchange Eligibility
Returns/exchanges are primarily accepted only if a wrong or damaged product has reached you
- Damages and Issues: You must inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong.
- Initiating a Return: To start a return, you must contact us with Photo & Video proof.
- Unacceptable Returns: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Exclusions: Returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges are generally not accepted on goods once sold, but for damaged/wrong products, the correct item will be shipped once the returned product is received.
2. Refunds
- The Bindi Project processes refunds only for wrong or damaged product returns, subject to approval after inspection.
- If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
